3D Signs are actually very common in the United States, where signs like these are used for home décor, baby nursery or as housewarming gifts. However, they are not as popular in Singapore because the large size means that there is a significant weight that needs to be held up by a nail or a screw. This is challenging here as our concrete and mortar construction means people are often uncomfortable with such permanent changes for the sake of decoration.

That being said, we made some modifications to make it more friendly for Singaporean homeowners. Firstly, we made it smaller than typical US sizes and we also sourced out plywood that were lighter and reduce the strain on the nail.
